Katrina Findlay started her career as an ED Nurse in an urban emergency room that sees an average of 250 patients a day. Married with one son she realizes that evidence-based science is the future of nursing. She left her role at the bedside to continue her studies in Nursing Leadership and graduated in the field of study with the intention of impacting the world with the science of Nursing. Katrina continues with her practice in nursing leadership.

Theo Edwards has over twenty years of diverse experience in Information Technology. He spent his days playing with all things IBMi, portal, mobile applications, and enterprise business functional and architectural design. Before joining IBM as a Staff Software Engineer, Theo worked as a programmer, analyst, and application specialist for businesses hosting an e-commerce suite on the IBMi platform. He has been privileged to co-author numerous publications, such as Technical Handbooks, White Papers, Tutorials, User Guides, and FAQs.
